In 1997, Ed, along with his partner Josh Lewis, unveiled his eponymous catering business. Their mission: to introduce the Baltimore community to exquisite kosher cuisine. From waiting tables to mastering culinary skills and handling the rigors of dishwashing, Adrienne's dedication and talent shone through, propelling her to her current role as Executive Vice President of Sales.
